  • Hamas holds only around 20 Israeli hostages and these are being kept in handcuffs as human shields around Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, intelligence sources say.
  • Released hostage Farhan Alkadi says another hostage Zalmanovich was with him, needed medical treatment and died due to not receiving it.

IRAN 🇮🇷

  • The Lebanese channel MTV reports: Iran’s response is imminent and is expected to occur within two or three days.
  • The Pentagon has not issued any warning of an imminent Iranian attack against Israel within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Iran has further increased its stockpiles of highly enriched uranium in recent months, according to a confidential report by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) seen by AFP on Thursday.  
  • One person was killed and ten were injured in an explosion at a Revolutionary Guards facility in Isfahan. The official reason: explosion of a gas balloon.

  • Cabinet approves IDF remaining in Philadelphi Corridor by a majority of eight, with Defense Minister Yoav Gallant objecting and National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir abstaining. 
  • The Hamas Rafah Brigade has collapsed, and about 80% of the tunnels in the Philadelphi border corridor have been destroyed, senior IDF officials said.
